Government Relations
The Foundation’s Government Relations and Health Policy department is dedicated to elevating Summa Health System as a leader in the public sector among those responsible for determining the future of healthcare in Ohio and throughout the nation.
By actively building and enhancing public sector relationships at the local, regional, state and federal government levels, the department works to advance Summa’s leadership in health policy advocacy. This includes health information technology, workforce development, outcomes measurement, Medicare/Medicaid, provider/payer relationships, health disparities, and increased funding through grants and partnerships.
